Protect what already belongs to every child

Every child already has hopes, talents and potential. Childhood cancer shouldn't take those away. Cancer replaces playing, learning and ambition with hospital stays, treatments and uncertainty.  Your support can protect childhoods from the impact of cancer.

Meet Ali

"I want to build cars"

Twelve-year-old Ali from Ghana dreams of becoming an automotive engineer and creating cars of his own.

During cancer treatment, nutrition support helped restore his strength and energy, giving him more opportunities to play with his siblings and friends, return to school and keep imagining the future ahead of him.

£26 could provide 2 weeks of nutritional support for a child and their family during treatment.

Meet Sanu

"I miss my brothers"

For 13 year old, Sanu, during his cancer treatment, he was unable to go home, missing his brothers and grandmother. During his long hospital stays, a Family Support Officer helped him stay positive.

"She often visits me and when she visits, she often comes with smile"

£58 could pay for a room in Kathmandu for a month, so families can stay with their children during treatments.

Meet Linda

"I want to be a nurse when I grow up"

13 year old Linda received a survivor scholarship from World Child Cancer.

Inspired by the care she receieved she now dreams of becoming a nurse, and continues to learn and aim for her goals, highlighting the importance of education during and after treatment.

£90 could cover over two weeks of salary for a hospital school teacher in Malawi, so children can continue to learn.
